First Visit: They were so accommodating, friendly, and efficient. This is my new "go-to" for all my maintenance needs. Second Visit: oh boy has my opinion changed. I will NEVER return!!!! my oil change took 90 minutes WITH an appointment at 830 am on a Saturday and as I sit there....I listen to every poor soul being told that their car needs so much work, but of course if you get the MIDAS credit card its 0 % as long as you pay on time. When it's finally my turn for the cashout and having read my emailed report, I was prepared for the unbelievable. I need new breaks and tires, but GUESS WHAT???? Yup, I already have new breaks and almost new tires. The manager says to me..."so, your just going to keep driving it like this?" I consider myself pretty well versed in customer service and really was not just prepared for this level of dishonesty! I was speechless.... What a bunch of crooks!!!! Service: Oil change

had brakes and oil changes done on 2 cars, everyone I dealt with at this location was great, attentive and super helpful when i couldn't find wheel lock key. They had me in and out, same day. In a time where customer service is lacking, your guys hit it out of the park. Will be back for sure ! jeff
