        They are rude and lied to me. I could never trust my hard earned money at M and T Bank!!! You just lost 2 customers!

        The bank keeps changing the days it withdraws my bill pay leaving me negative, then its supposed to be taken out the next day. I talked to the branch people and youd think I was speaking a different language. Horrible employees too, one lady ended up causing more issues for me than fixing them. Cant wait to change banks

        The tellers at the Farmington location and both Unionville locations are terribly unprofessional. They treat you as though youre burdening them by doing business with them. I was going to switch my accounts over when they took over Farmington Savings but honestly Ill stick with my bank where they are rude and snippy with me.
