        Had a highly frustrating experience with this location. Despite a reservation, I waited over an hour without receiving any assistance. In the end, I had to abandon my plans and go elsewhere due to their unacceptable delay and lack of available vehicles. I should have read the reviews before attempting to go here.

        Do not waste your time to even think about this place to rent a car. I am not sure why they are running such unprofessional service. Stay away, stay away from this place.

        The lady at the counter was so rude. Customer service at this location is the reason, I may never rent with Avis again.

        The reviews are accurate. This place is awful. Customer service is snarky, not helpful at all. They do not communicate wait times, availability of cars and have you waiting for hours WITH a reservation. This is all coming from a supervisor so you're stuck until they want to give you a car. They don't offer any solutions for inconveniences. Go anywhere else. Take the bus if you have to.
