Quoted price was very fair. There were no hidden costs or upcharges. They showed up when they said they would and the job was completed on time. Quality of the work is excellent. You can't really ask for much more from a contractor.

Needed to fence in my garden to keep the wildlife out. I contacted 4 different local fence companies. One never got back to me after repeated calls and the 3 that did come out gave us ridiculously high quotes and tried to steer us in a direction we did not want to go in. I wanted wood they kept pushing chain link for cost. I contacted Jay at Fortress on a Friday and to my surprise he came out that day to go over what I wanted for the garden. After showing me multiple options for the fencing and also educating me on what would work best, we chose a nice three rail wood fence. They sent me a quote for the price Monday morning and I had to call to confirm it was correct! They beat all the other contractors by quite a bit. Their men came out and did the job in one day. They were very professional and the fence looked amazing! Even more so, it was exactly what I wanted. I don't typically do reviews for companies but I was compelled to by the fact that this company took the time to make my project a reality even though it was not a major job for them. They still treated me as if it was and took care of every last detail. I can't thank Jay and the guys at Fortress enough for the job they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your project.
