A Month ago we went into your West Hartford Blue Back store and were greeted by Karin (Store Manager) & Carlos (Team Lead).
We asked if we could think about this purchase for a day or so and both Karin & Carlos without a second of thought said by all means.
After leaving based upon the service and great attitude of both Karin & Carlos and of course the Wonderful product Judy & I decided to go back to the store and make our purchase.
But as we all know G-d works in mysteriece ways and sad to say Judy became ill.
I called the store to tell both Karin & Carlos the situation and they said they understood and hopefully when Judy gets better they would love to see us come back and & hopefully things get better with Judy they will be there for us.
During the last couple of weeks both Kerin & Carlos called to see how Judy was feeling.(No sales of any kind were discussed)
Well thank G-d Judy is doing fine and today only because the way both Kerin & Carlos handled our situation we made our purchase.
Tempur-Pedic is a wonderfiul product but Kerin & Carlos are OUTSTANDING!!!
WE feel like they are part of our family,
