You won't find better people to work with than Tim and Maria Chan of Green Pear Homes, they are both very personable and working together they love what they do and it shows in the way they treat you and your needs. Another thing that you won't find is a fairer offer for your property trust me on this. Just know that you are in good hands when dealing with them.
