I had a great experience with Kevin and the team! I explained to him about our New London property and the issues we were having with our nightmare tenants. It was enough for us. We were done and no longer interested in being landlords. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kevin and his team. He came out to look at our house one day, and the next he was back with an offer we couldnt refuse! He was so helpful- answering all my questions, which there were many. I am so happy with how smoothly everything went as I was the seller of my mothers house in Windsor, Connecticut. Tom & Kevin were totally considerate and we got to a fair agreement quickly. My mother's house was in need of serious work. She unexpectedly had to enter nursing care in the middle of last winter and I live out of state. Unfortunately, we didnt have anyone to help and all the pipes burst and water damaged everywhere.
