Went for a Birthday dinner, food was good. drinks was good, service was good. My only complaint is I got full so fast with all the top quality meat they served, and you can't take nothing to go. I would go again, with a plan. Food : 4/5 | Service : 4/5 | Atmosphere : 4/5 More

Really good! It's got great atmosphere, great staff and good food. It seems very well managed. The food selection brought around is very good, they don't push the cheap stuff. The hardest part is not over eating because they keep it coming.

Spoiled meat, missing items, and out of our usual drinks. TOTALLY unacceptable! My family and I have been going here for years since it opened as we have been to many across the country. We purchase the VIP cards EVERY year because we really used to love this place. Unfortunately, last few visits were terrible. Missing food items that they blamed on distribution but last two times different responses. Burnt food, spoiled meat from the salad bar which the manager apologized and replaced but it left a nasty taste and we were hesitant to eat. No one wants food poisoning! They were out of our usual drinks BOTH times, again blaming it on different things and the worst part, we were there for 3 hours waiting for meat carvers who were short handed and we left still hungry. Filet wrapped in bacon was spoiled and the manager replaced it. Rest of the meat was so burnt although we always ask for medium rare. Too expensive to get spoiled meat and no drinks when nowadays its a treat to go out especially to a more expensive restaurant. We filled out a post dinner survey and they said someone would be contacting us but over a month later nothing. We even contacted cooperate to tell them we havent heard back from restaurant managers and we were offered a $20 e-gift card by corporate (insulting) for a $250 not including tip and ruined meal. Not sure that makes any sense. We refused and opted not to use our remaining VIP card credits. This particular location has lost my familys business and sadly we will never eat at the Hartford mall location again. The management and higher up management dont care about customer service or quality food. Take your money to a place where they value your money and loyalty.
