ComPassion Dental

I am puzzled as to how to word this review. I saw this dentist quite a while ago, actually. But remained puzzled by how it turned out. She said that Denistry is hard work. Well that pretty much goes without saying! I got the impression that she was fishing around for compliments, and when she PERCEIVED that she was not getting them, wrote off the patient as lacking compassion! Thus felt like taking the SATs or something, to me. This is a puzzlement. I am puzzled.

After several years going to Compassion, my resent implant billing is nothing worst then irresponsible and untrustworthy of going back. Don't ever pre-pay for services here as it's the first step to a bait and switch to over charge you. I provided all the documents to the charges and payments made by myself and the insurance company, and all I get is a run around from the front desk manager of needing a weekend to figure out the bill. Twice I've been given this lame excuse where it's obvious I'm due a refund.

We moved to FL in 2007 and make annual visits to family and friends. One year I suffered a fall and damaged a tooth. I visited this practice to repair the tooth. What great work was done and remains to this day. I have scheduled annual visits since for routine and special treatments including oral cancer diagnosis. Dr. "D" and staff are thorough and most competent and instill a high degree of confidence.

Dr Diederich has been my favorite dentist in my 42 years and five states of living. I am about to move and will greatly miss her professionalism and courtesy...

As the daughter of a dentist, who has only been to one other dentist since his passing, I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Diederich and her staff are! Dr. Diederich is truly compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough, and has surpassed my expectations. To top it off, I just had an old filling removed (one my father put in years ago) and had a new one put in, and I can honestly say...it was painless! Lori, her assistant was great, as was France, her receptionist. I highly recommend ComPassion Dental!
