        Very unprofessional and not forthcoming. Trying to scam older adults of their insurance policies by making up different stories on past paid back loans. Asking clients to take a cash advance on the policy and they will send u a check for that amount 1,000. Deposit into ur bank and then send it back to 1,000 back to them. They state by doing this the policy won't lapse. When you ask them for documentation to confirm you owe thus amount they point you to the once a year statement. I'm dealing with this situation now with a family member. The guy only calls every 3 years requesting this money.
