I've had g.i issues all my (short) life and have never been able to find a Dr besides my primary who listens and believes me until I met Dr. Parikh. Treats me like I'm an actual person, discusses any concerns etc. I'm over the moon happy that I finally have a g.i Dr to trust and move forward with. 10/10 recommend Dr. Parikh!

I used to see Amy Coates Harvill before she left the practice and Amy was a stellar provider of care. Things werent running perfectly behind the scenes before she left but it was forgivable since she was an excellent, caring APRN. Now that she is gone, this place has totally gone downhill. The medical assistant Yolanda is rude and Dr. Cipolla does not follow through on what she says she will do. When I tried to remind the doctor of a task she promised to do, she had no memory or recollection of our original conversation. Im just a number to them. I have had to practically harass the staff to keep them on the ball because otherwise they keep dropping it. If they ever returned a phone call as promised, Id fall out of my chair. I was also forced to set up an exam with the doctor just so that I could ask her to sign a form that had already been faxed to them. They wouldnt allow me to speak with her over the phone to make my simple request to sign a piece of paper until I set up an appointment. This was so they could bill out a medical exam to my insurance even though I was not due for a medical exam and I had no medical questions. I went through all that and she never even signed the form nor did she give me an explanation on why she didnt. In fact, they never even acknowledged they received it even though I had it faxed multiple times! On top of that, I found out Ive been sent to collections for a bill I had been paying on. I was given no notice that my account was being turned over to a collection agency. I am so disgusted with this practice as a whole. This place is a joke- nothing but problems! Do yourself a favor and find a non-CTGI gastroenterologist.
