Playground: I didn't utilize this area. Dog-friendliness: I go mostly for the dog park. It's huge. Make sure to bring bags and water. There are bag holders there but they are never any in there. Or there's a bag with poop in it. People are touch and go. I have an American Staffordshire. So idk if that's why they seemed put off by seeing me or due to the fact that I'm black. Maybe both. The dogs are great! There is not a lot of shade, so in the summer walking the trail may be more ideal. It's very beautiful and peaceful. It's nice to hear the birds and other wildlife sing or chirping in the distance. My dogs I have 3 love it. So I go for them. Picnic area: I didn't utilize this area.
