        I had a terrible experience working with Gina. She was very unprofessional in her texts and emails. After claiming I was approved for a unit, the next day, I was informed that the landlord denied my application due to being the only one on the lease.

        The current owners have made great improvements! They have added a beautiful fire pit/grill area, the landscaping company maintains the lawn and grounds beautifully and maintenance requests are promptly addressed. Granby is a peaceful, lovely community yet close to all conveniences. We love it here!
