It's an Apple store. So there can be long lines. But they also take care of you. Well. I went in with a charging brick that had stopped functioning for a new macbook and they replaced it, quick and easy.

I went to the store to exchange a brand new Apple Watch that was not working. The exchange went seamlessly and the staff were great. However, I left my charging cord in the store. I have called four times to try to get someone to find it and put it away for me but cannot get anyone on the phone. The phone rings and rings and then drops. I live 45 minutes away so it is not easy just go to the store. Hopefully someone from Apple will read this and respond.

Ridiculous that a product cant be dropped off for service. Appointments 4 days out or 2 1/2 hrs waiting while employees are just lingering around. Genius is not buying Apple products in the future. With my Samsung no appointments required (print shipping label and return product for repair). Genius is undeserving self entitled/proclamation. Ridiculous mentality.

Just a few customers in the store and employees just standing looking at us. They said everyone is getting into a que, but the service is very slow. You can literally wait up to an hour and more to get served. If you value your time, it's better to order online with a delivery.
