Update: Great when they are open. Previous review: We have been wanting to try this place but hours seem to be hit or miss. This morning they were scheduled to open at 10 but had multiple families driving away because no one was there. If its convenient then may try again and update, but certainly wouldnt recommend going out of the way without calling first.

I was a returning customer until the owners daughter who was dressed in a blue shirt and smiley face with the business logo bullied my younger children. G (owners daughters name) pushed my children down the biggest slide more then once. I repeatedly told her to keep her hands to herself but it was to no avail. While I was keeping eyes on all 3 of my children she took the opportunity and pushed my son yet a 3rd time off the slide and he sprained his wrist and hurt his neck. I made her get the owner and an ice pack but was never met by her mother. My child wasn't the only one victimized that day. My eldest daughter had to constantly step in and rescue these kids from G's aggressive and violent behavior. She continued to ask me to support her arcade machine game play as well. I had my kids playing some arcade games and G kept asking me for money to have fun at her business. I am not attacking normal child behavior, but she clearly needed supervision as her behavior was unacceptable. I will never return to this business if the owner will not supervise her own daughter.

I was so excited when I found this place for my toddler. On the website it said it had a toddler area so I was all for it. Paid about $20 for admission and you have to pay again for everything else, like the arcade games and etc. The bounce house seemed to be free, but we were only there for the toddler area. My daughter loves running around and grabbing random toys. She was having so much fun until a girl about 10-12 randomly jumped on the mat scaring her and was very close to hurting her. I looked around not finding a parent. I was confused as the rules are that children need to be occupied by a parent. So I had to let the girl know to be careful as my daughter is only 15 months. She continued to follow us around, still not really understanding that she was too big to play with a toddler and I kept looking for a parent. Eventually I realized she was part of the crew, a workers child or the owners. I dont think the child meant any harm but I think a parent shouldve been around, to let her know to be more careful around a toddler area and let the toddler play and not take the toys from her. I dont want to parent someones child. Its uncomfortable and I paid so that my daughter can play safely and that wasnt happening. I also had to remove trash from my toddlers hands three times. As we were leaving, someone started vacuuming so thats good. We went to use the bathroom before we left and the stall we were in had no toilet paper, it felt like the final straw. Not the best experience at all.

Want to see what arcade games they have Maybe play some Wait 10+ minutes for her to ask someone else To be told we have to pay for admission and/or be accompanied by a staff member. I did not realize I went to a carnival or fair and have to pay for admission. Can't even let us see what games you have. Then to tell us after waiting for a answer that all we can't we close soonm Update Kidzone has said I refused to pay admission. They mention the tapes. They would see ask a staff a question. They walked away. We never received a answer. They did not say anything about admission. Regardless of the time. They have stated showing up with no kid. Makes others uncomfortable. Funny because no one said anything at the time. They mention on their site. So with that said,no signs on door informing of no single adult policy, maybe because we are males, but single staff is fine. No informing of a admission cost. Left hanging with no one answering questions. Going to go out on a limb and said "kidzone staff are informed of this and should tell everyone." So when they don't, music can't hear anything you will just go back to o they did. A fake assumption. Also if I have children I'm not going to show up at a place without visiting it first. Kidzone reply is fake assumption. Saying we showed up 15 min before closing but we didn't stay long. That a admission fee even though never stated. And the uncomfortable thing. Which is sexist. Since everything is on their site I guess people should play arcade games and go to places like this online which brings up why do they have a physical presence if it's stated on our site. This could have been handled differently. But Believe the employees who lie because they have something to lose vs customer who can bring in way more.
