I have tried reaching out to the company countless times and no one answers. My scan tag hasnt worked for months and they wont stop billing me 37.00/mo. No one will reach out. I have left many voicemails, many emails. Cancel my membership please.

This car wash brasher is very strongly slammed the vehicle that cause my Sienna van back bumper break down also that caused the front both side bumper came off from inside the liner.Also soap stays all over the body.people who ever works there they are very unprofessional. I have shown the issues right of way but they never solved the problem.My total experience is they dont car about your car. I tried to go this place because its near my neighborhood.but Im hopeless. Services: Vacuuming, Car waxing

I use Cloud 10 out of its convenient location. Equipment failures are common, getting in & out of the vacuum area is cumbersome, and the prices are now increasing.
The staff is great and they are very helpful. Still, I would not use Cloud 10 if I had more options near me.
