The most professional Dentist and Dental Office l have ever encountered. Also as a person with a medical background they always do what is in the interest of the patient and not for financial gain. The consummate professionals. Highly recommend this office and dentist

Very unprofessional dental service provider. They treat this as a fast food chain place, send patients in and out without proper patient care, all they care is to billing insurance company and urge patients for out of pocket without providing details of bill.
1. It took the dental hygienist 10 mins to do my cleaning which I could still feel the tartar between teeth(I am not the greater at flossing). I gave feedback at the appt but not given enough attention.
2. Dentist came in to finish the fillings but the whole time questioning my decision of denying the full mouth series of x-ray because of my concern of me receiving enough radiation at my profession.
The above 2 are the initial reasons we chose to drop their service after one time. It wasnt a big deal, because we understand the different quality of medical service providers, there are plenty way better providers to choose from, so we moved on. But the third thing really exposed how they conduct business unethically and unprofessionally.
3. It took them 2 years to figure out the out of pocket portion for my husband (without sending me any details of bills), but my husband is out overseas deployed at this time, so I called twice to ask them to give him some time to communicate, also I constantly asked for the details of bill, which is the most important part of a medical billing, but we never received one. My husband has the right to at least beware of the components of the bill. But was told by the billing person Andre, they do not care for any service member, and this is going to collection without properly notifying my husband, who isnt even in this homeland, but overseas in active duty. Andres explanation was the bill was sent out before his deployment date which we never received, and it was confirmed by the them it wasnt through certified mail.
What is the audacity they just bill a service member in overseas deployment without providing the details of the bill? And threaten to go to collections. The best part is I keep reaching out to them, asking for the details of the bill. And I told them I can take care of my portion, but the majority is for my husband, which requires appropriate notification to move forward. The only things I received are lies and attitude from the billing person Andre.
I have never been so disgusted by anybody who is so disrespectful to service member, with the wrong way how they bill patients, so I am filing complaints to Consumer Protection, and publish this review online for everybody to see it. I welcome the management of this dental provider to give more explanation.

We took our one 1 year old daughter for her first dental appointment and I cannot thank you enough to the wonderful staff! They all made us at ease and the dentist explained thoroughly. Definitely recommend this place

Ive been a patient of Buckland Hills Dental for about 7 years now and highly recommend them for regular cleanings as well as root canals and more. The staff is always friendly and kind and the dentist is very knowledgeable.
