Scheduled service on saturday apparently they cant come out until Tuesday afternoon (ok) service costs over 400 dollars (expensive but ok) window is 12-5 (ok)
Get call around 2 PM from technician named Aaron asking if I had a garage the car could be pulled into (why would I need a garage no where that I know of does it say that I could tell I need a garage) guy wants to reschedule due to rain (you guys don't have tents to work under???) says he'll reach out to his manager regarding rescheduling
As of 3 PM I've heard nothing from anyone.
Glass is 88 dollars on eBay and 20 minutes later I got my door apart. no thanks I'll do it myself as the owner of a mobile service company this was just plain unprofessional.

Based in the phone system mostly. Had windsheild replacement today had a few questions so it tried to call was on hold for a while and then got a message saying we're closed our hrs of operation are 8 to 7pm est I called just after 4.
My questions where 1. I paid for the rain treatment and my windshield was filthy wouldnt putting on the rain treatment clean the window. And 2. They told my wife I need 3/4 tank of gas because they had to drive it to check the camera calibration but they didnt put any miles on.

Please schedule a no cost follow up appointment at mysafelite.com to have this addressed. If your vehicle did not present any codes after your service, we may not have needed to do the recalibration. This can be checked at you warranty appointment.

Zero customer service!!! All I want is to change my apointment be speaking to a CS rep but you can't get one, period. I spent 40 years in customer service...you guys need lessons.
