It all depends on who you get. Be careful, they throw rookies in there who have NO clue clue what their doing.. I go there because it's cheap and convenient. I have walked out of there unhappy a few times I must admit.

On December 8th, I took my 13-year-old daughter for a hair trim at a Cost Cutters salon in Manchester. Unfortunately, the hairstylist cut more than we asked for, about 3 inches off instead of just half an inch. When we got home and my daughter straightened her hair, we noticed that the cut was uneven. My daughter was very upset and still doesn't feel comfortable with the haircut. Although we want to get it fixed, she is afraid that another salon will cut off more hair. Be careful when getting your hair done at this Manchester Cost Cutters. 0 starts

If could give negative ratings to this salon I would have.I booked appointment with Laura and arrived on time asked her to trim 2inches (my hair was 2inches past shoulder) she gave me the worst cut and shape and chopped off all of my beautiful length(8inches) and each of my hair strands is uneven now.If the length is short i can still understand but how come a salon employ a hair dresser who is not professional and know the basics of a haircut.Over and above they are charging 26$ for the horrible work.They should pay me back instead now I have to wait atleast 2years before trimming my hair again. Refinding won't work where you are destroying hair willingly.Can you give me back my hair? @Laura - Grow up , You may have personal grievance with your employer but you have turned this issue to personal now I know how a hair cutter should hold the hair and scissors and you were literally damaging the hair by the way you used scissors that day. I WARN EVERYONE FROM HAVING HAIRCUT FROM THIS SALON.
