Lovely room, comfy king size bed. Yummy complimentary breakfast. Had all the amenities and the bathroom was actually really nice. The lotion and stuff was nice and even had makeup remover wipes. The shower itself was nice too with nice glass sliding doors that I wasn't expecting. Definitely worth the price as well.

I stay here frequently and while the hotel wasnt always great, the renovations are completed and the property is excellent, and in an excellent neighborhood. Staff is incredibly helpful. Had a recent experience with Phoebe that was above and beyond.

Absolutely awful. Upon check-in with a registered service animal, we were put on the first floor. I had asked for an upper floor, where it was quiet and the front desk person, angel, told me that it would be quiet on the first floor, and that this was a very business like hotel. He said that I would have no problem. I asked again and he said it was the only king room available. Come to find out that was not true. I checked again during the night asking when it was quiet time, since the hotel was still so loud. Finally, at 3 AM, the people on the floor above us decided to finally go to sleep. At 5 AM the people all around us got up to start going to work. Upon going to the front desk in the morning to voice, my concern again The Asian girl, I hate to call her that, but she did not have the courtesy to wear a name tag, did not address any of my concerns, told me it was policy to have animals correction pets on the first floor. I informed her that that was not a Hilton policy and she said its our policy. I informed her he is not a pet. He has a registered service animal therefore by her not letting me stay on the floor that I want to stay on. Shes discriminating against my rights. She just looked at me and said that thats our policy. If you have any place else to stay, including your car, stay there. I would love for people to boycott the Hampton. If, for no other reason, then they are discrimination against people with special needs. I was really unhappy with this. I am a health diamond member, and I travel with Hilton all over the world, this is one place I will not come back to. I was so upset I didnt even take pictures. The room was mediocre, not very clean, and the air-conditioning was loud. By being on the first floor we also had headlights and cars starting right outside of our window. Well, this may not seem like a big deal when you have a service animal who is trained for a PTSD person, he is alert to sounds and changes in the environment. Get it? All the noise that you hear on the first level made him alert and wake us all night long. Boo boo Hampton Inn, Manchester.
