        Luke F was an amazing mobile expert he was handed a horrid situation from another location and turned this into an amazing experience and gained a new customer as oppose to my original plan to cancel it all. His kind and professional demeanor really says a lot about his character and we need more Luke F around ! Thank you again and this will be the ONLY location I interact with !         Went in to upgrade our two phones. Lucas was very friendly and helpful, had answers for all our questions, very professional. However as I was waiting for the phones to finish transferring over another employee Mario walked up and was rude telling me I cannot be near my phone Lucas of course apologized for Marios behavior but I saw Mario upset another customer another employee was helping right before he upset me.
