DO NOT USE THIS LAW GROUP Zero is the best rating, this law group is tired out and not capable of taking on any cases. Don't keep them in mind if you want the job done, they will just blow you off !!!!

I hired Kocian Law Group firm because of a fall I had while employed. I felt that I needed legal representation because certain criterias that were not being met. I have worked with Kocian Law Group for over 30 years. Nick and his staff have been able to professionally represent me with insurance companies with accidents that have happened. I was run off the road and had damage to my car. He talked with the insurance company and ensured that I was given the proper consideration and compensation for damage caused from the accident. Having the law firm interact with the insurance company was a blessing. Nick has also represented me in a unemployment insurance hearing. I was released from my job and denied unemployment. It was not looking good for me to be able to collect. At the last minute we were able to obtain critical information about the situation and with Nick's skill and guidance I was able to receive the unemployment payments due to me. Over the years I have referred many people to the Kocian Law Group, who have had problems with workman's compensation, unemployment insurance problems and accident situations. Nick and his firm have always been attentive to their clients, making sure the client is treated fairly and compensated appropriately for their claim.
