I live this area.I come here offen sometimes.But she has glasses.She is not that great.I am confused what I do she say you have to know that.How do I know because I am drop the mail ones and wile.Thats not the professional customer service system.So to complain that.But she is rout to me .03/11/2024

Often it seems like they are short staffed but I have always experienced courteous and professional service - and most often a smile!

ANOTHER package (4th-5th occurence just this year) delivered to 55 (Street), APARTMENT 55 (55 + 55 coincidence?) Manchester. PLEASE DO YOUR JOB AND R E A D THE FULL ADDRESS, INCLUDING THE APARTMENT #. It's there for a reason. There are more apartments around the back of the building...up to #58. However, THIS PACKAGE was to be delivered to another unit in the FRONT of the complex. NOT DROPPED AT MY UNIT #55 on Sunday 11/12/23. I'm disabled awaiting hip replacement surgery and now have to get word to/deliver this package to the gentleman in unit 52, . I'm NOT on your payroll! I DO have pictures of the labels.

Worst ever. They cant forward packages because their forwarding machine is broke!!

I put my mail on hold 24th of August three days later my mail was delivered to my previous address. Mail Aug 28-29, SSI, ins, child support and I stressed the importance that my mail doesn't go to previous address.
