As a new homeowner its very hard to know if the quality of any home repair service will be worth the price, especially in fairfield county. Needless to say I was very nervous when reviewing contractors to replace my roof. Classic Property Solutions was not the first or last group I received quotes from but when the time came, this is the group I felt most comfortable with. They treated me fairly, and did a good job at explaining the what, and the what-ifs,because that is always a consideration in home repair. Other contractors were very transaction oriented and did not treat what was a big purchase and project to me, as so. The decision was easy, the work was efficient, and the clean-up afterward was impeccable. Both my neighbor and I were extremely impressed and appreciative of the work done by Classic Property Solutions. You will not be disappointed!
