They bought my mortgage from another company. I used escrow for convenience with the other company because they were great. These people make eliminating escrow almost impossible. They never have my account correct and online account hasn't worked for months. I've called and called and called. Not allowing someone to adjust their account before sale should be a crime.

They screwed up their escrow analysis in May 2023 and raised my payment by $500/mo.. I called in to argue it and they told me to send them $6k or they would raise it another $500. I refused, they raised it a second time. Now, end of 23 tax year they are surprised my taxes were nothing near what they listed, while I hover near bankruptcy. Their projection had my escrow balance at -$196 but it's February and already over $8,600.. I called again with all the documentation to show their mistake, they said a new analysis would be ready in 48hrs... That was 2 weeks ago. I am seeking counsel for escrow agent negligence.

The worst customer service I have ever received on anything ever. Although the staff is nice and follow up is good. The policies in place from the claims and that it takes 3 weekdays for a manager to follow up is very unsatisfactory.

Worst mortgage company EVER!!! Nothing but issues since my mortgage was sold to them. They won't even let me speak to their escrow dept. where my issue lies. Don't use them! Stay away! Horrible!!!
