I first contacted R&R for a slow draining tub. Dom came out quickly but could not locate/fix the issue. He came back out the same day with Pedro. Turns out issue was the tub trap which was under the tub (slab construction). They didnt charge me for either visit. Since the 1950s pink tub would need to come out, I asked about doing a remodel. Well he gave me a very reasonable price and started & completed the job on schedule. Will definitely use them again. Services: Shower installation, Drain cleaning, Toilet installation, Faucet installation

I had recently purchased a new home and found a problem with a leaky pipe the slipped past inspection. After the plumber family member of a coworker came to diagnose the situation, he concluded that the problem was outside his realm of work. He referred me to Pedro and within the next couple of days, he came out and made his own assessment. Pedro was very friendly, professional, and courteous and I never felt like he was trying to land a sale or push me to make decisions quickly. If anything, I felt like he wanted to keep me informed. He answered the many questions I had as a first time homebuyer with no plumbing experience over the next two weeks until we scheduled the work to be done. Him and his partner came and fixed the problem in less time than I had anticipated. It's been almost a month and it seems my plumbing nightmare is over. I would for sure hire him for any plumbing issues in the future.

After noticing our water wasnt getting hot, I went into the basement and found a flex hose on our water heater spraying water everywhere. After trying a few places, Pedro was the only one who could come out same day. He had it fixed in 10 minutes and was very friendly and professional. He also replaced the flex hose with copper pipe which is how it should have been in the first place. Would highly recommend. Service: Plumbing leak repair

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!! Job is done correctly You dont have to feel like youre getting ripped off. They charge you the appropriate price the job is worth which nowadays is something very rare. If you need good service, this is your last stop for life.
