        Weve been very happy residents at the Wharf building for over five years! Its the perfect place to live as its right across from the downtown harbor. Everything is walking distance, restaurants, the library, pharmacy and many banks. The apartments are roamy and well designed. Spinnaker staff are very helpful, and courteous, and they even hosts many parties for us all year round!!

        Best place I have ever lived. Property management staff is incredible. Apartments are unique and not any type of apartment I have seen. Also do resident events so you can meet ppl from ur complex and anyone from one of their 7 properties.

        Great place to live, right by downtown Milford, walkable distance to all the good stuff - restaurants, activities, library, and most importantly the train station. The people here are very friendly and the leasing office always so helpful.
