First of, I want to say Im extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had booked this appointment way in advance. I had an appointment before but I didnt show due to financial reasons.. however when I booked the appointment no one stated there will be a penalty from the previous appt to book again. I called to make sure my appt was confirmed for a certain time today & spoke with Shayanne. She stated it was for tomorrow but knowing well I had it today. Called me back saying it was a mistake. Told me it was going to be $140 for the total on top of the groom. I get everyone needs to make a living but its the holidays.. Im extremely disappointed that I was hit with this kind of fee out of nowhere after waiting almost a month for my dogs appt. I will never come back here again. They charge 50% for no shows btw so beware of where you book and ask questions.. felt like I was pushed away. If the groomer didnt want to groom my dog she couldve simply stated that..

They were very accommodating and so kind and patient with my German Shepherd. Many places wont take the shepherd because of their reputation/ weight. Ana was great gave her a bath clipped her nails and cleaned her ears! She looks like a new dog! Thank You Coastal Canine. I have found a real dog-loving groomer
