        Very RUDE COLD HEARTED FRONT DESK STAFF not only that groomers are very ruff with the dogs. My dog is a 14 year old a small yorkie which the groomer handier him like rag doll.

        Very happy with the care our dog was given, the way we were treated especially how everything was explained to us , as well as pleasant conversation, and that we weren't rushed out . Also had the pleasure of meeting and talking to one of the owners , she also took time to sit with us and talk.
