        Thank God for Carlo. I put in a maintenance request and got a call back from a younger guy who was supposed to call me back to come repair the toilet, never heard back from him again! These other guys dont have the skill, and management ability that Carlo has!Carlo knows how to do EVERYTHING, I never had to have him come back a second time ever! Carlo just gets things done and hes very likable, hes a master at handling people and highly skilled at his job. Hes going to get it done and get it done right. I trust Carlo, from what Ive experienced, no one is as dependable and skilled as Carlo. The bonus, he always smiling and happy, I get happy when I see Carlo his lovely genuine demeanor is contagious.
