Picked up my dress shirts and discovered that I had been charged double the price for several of them because they decided to hand press my "expensive" shirts.  I said I had not requested that and asked which shirts they had hand pressed.  The ones they selected had a designer label but were in fact half the price of other, more expensive shirts with labels they did not recognize.  Rather than admit there was anything wrong with this, they insisted that that is "how they do it".  I retrieved the rest of my shirts and will not be returning.

We recently moved from the city and a neighbor recommended we go to Sanda's. Jon at Sanda's is amazing. They just helped us with all of our linens and can't live without their weekly delivery/pickup. The best!

Ive been using this dry cleaning for a couple years now, dropping off my husbands suits and shirts almost every week. After a couple weeks my husband asked me about a suit that was missing, I came in to ask about it (its a 3k Gucci suit), the lady who works there didnt even want to look for it, or tell me they will take a look and see if they have it. She just started being very rude and arrogant, telling me they never make mistakes (in the 40 years theyve been in business). So I leave and come back the next day to pick up my last order, asked to talk to the manager since the lady who works there was no help. The manager (which is the owner Sanda) turned out to be even more arrogant and rude, said its my own problem. Ive asked her if they can look for it, she said that they dont do mistakes.
Feeling extreme frustrated, since they wont even try to locate the missing suit.
