The Union Apartments New Haven

My two years at Union has been amazing. I am sensitive to sounds and sound insulation between units and different floors is the best - hardly heard anything from next doors or upstairs. Heard it could be a bit loud if the apartment faces the street. Management is very responsive and the staff at concierge are extremely helpful and friendly. Especially, Chip has been an amazing staff and a friend. I lived in a one-bedroom and it was clean and spacious. I loved the high ceiling of the apartment.

Amazing apartments, having a concierge 24/7 is game changer. In the past year and a half I have never had any problem with packages. The building makes you feel at home every time you come in or go out they always greet you by your name, this makes me feel as a part of this community. Leasing office helped us a lot with our process when when we arrive to this country. If we have any complain they answer really quickly. To ask for maintenance we use a building platform, its been great they are always willing to help, and always on the time you schedule. If we have any issue it is resolved in less than 24 hrs. There is a trash chute in every floor, and a Recycling bin as well, it has never smell bad, they clean them regularly. In our time here we havent had any complain of noises, apartments have good walls. Amenities are always working if something is wrong with one of them they fix them as soon as they can. Amenities are not pet friendly. A few months ago they change the dishwasher for a new one in every apartment and new faucets in bathroom and kitchen so they try to keep this building always modern. We had an issue with hot water but its already resolved.I couldnt say more great things, thank you to all the staff, I would definitely recommend this building.

Met one of my best friend here :) but they recently changed all the faucets so the shower pressure is awful :(

The water in the apartments, especially the units far away from the elevators, takes as long as 10 minutes to get warm.
