While I would really like to love these apartments, unfortunately I have to leave a low review. We have struggled with a mouse infestation for the past year, and unfortunately have been unable to rectify the situation. We first had a mouse in December of 2022, and have now had at least one per month for the entirety of 2023. While we really like the staff and amenities of this apartment complex, the mouse issues have caused me to leave a negative review.

Cannot say enough great things about the Corsair! The apartments are spacious, the amenities are the best in New Haven, the costs are very competitive with other buildings in the area, and the best part of all is the incredibly responsive and helpful staff who go above and beyond for residents from the time they inquire about moving in.

I have been at Corsair for over 6 years and have loved my experience. Justin and his team are responsive, extremely helpful and always go the extra mile to meet the needs of the residents. It is a great place for both new visitors to the New Haven area as the building makes it a priority to host social events to allow people the opportunity to make new friends , but also for more established professionals who just want to take advantage of the wonderful amenities and great location.

Situated on upper State Street in New Haven, Corsair offers hand-crafted apartments in a refurbished warehouse where planes were once built. Life in the East Rock neighborhood offers easy access to Yale University, Yale New Haven Hospital, Southern Connecticut State University, and New Haven University, all with leafy streets, local hangouts, and sprawling park space outside of your front door. Here at Corsair, the spirit of can-do ingenuity lives on in every detail, with original concrete moldings, reclaimed steel beams, up-cycled gym flooring, re-purposed shipping containers, factory windows, and thick pine beams spanning overhead.
