We had a great experience with Layla and their customer support. The mattress didnt work out for us and Kody made the return process a breeze. Stellar customer service and top notch return process through this company! Highly recommend them if youre looking for a mattress.

I have not received my mattress yet, but Cody was so helpful and kind on helping me order online. It was fast and easy. Thank you Cody! And having Affirm as a payment plan, made it very convenience for me to be able to pay monthly without interest.

So, the Kapok pillows are not good (for me at least). Not that they cant be, but they are extremely underfilled. My neck hurt so bad each night I slept on it. I expected more for the price. Howeverthis company has the best customer service I have seen in quite some time. Submitted my request to return the pillows for a refund, and after describing the reason, they issued a full refund after only two emails back and forth. They made good on their promise set forth upon me buying them and Stephanie, their customer experience specialist was prompt with her replies and quick with a resolution, and for that, she deserves 5 stars and so does Layla. Most people would avoid a company whose products they tried did not live up to the hype but with the ease of the process to get my refund, I would absolutely consider other products they sell.

We tried the Kapok pillows. They are malleable but dense and heavy (even with the filler removed and readjusted). The pillow is good support for side-sleeping, but as a back-sleeper, I found it too hard on my neck and head. While the product didn't work for me (rating it 2 stars), I found LaylaSleep customer support (Kody in particular) to be extraordinary in resolving to satisfaction (5 stars and then some). When I shared that the pillow wasn't working for me she worked with me using suggestions and recommendations for best use. When all avenues were exhausted, she was very supportive and responsive to issue me a refund. I will go back to them to try other products.
