        Exceptional customer service (thank you Melissa!) and communication. Drop off your dirty things and they will be cleaned and treated and returned to you all folded and fresh! One of my favorite things is that they will mark anything that they see that needs repair too. This is especially helpful and is a testament to the care with which they handle everything. Cannot recommend this place enough! As someone in the marine industry, I rely heavily on this service. Thank you!

        Now this is a quality operation. I have been using them for 12 years. They call me every year to remind me its time to put up the awning and if i want to delay bc the weather is nasty that year, they'll come back at ANY time, yes even around July 4. Such nice people, and they take good care of my awning, it's still going strong after 20 years and we don't do a thing.
