This agency was once a god sent for me working for them was an amazing experience, not only do they treat their clients well but their employees are treated fairly I can say for myself I was always treated with respect, calling into the office was always pleasant even if they were mad at me lol. Signing up with opal stork for a job or as a client I can guarantee that u will b satisfied.

We found Opal Stork through a friend's recommendation.   They were a god send in a time of worry, and confusion in our family.   Our experience showed them to be straight forward, honest and professional.   Excellent employees and quick response to any concerns.

If I could give zero stars, I would. STAY AWAY! The owner lied about the experience of the CNA she sent to care for our loved one, said the CNA could administer medication (illegal) and harassed and gaslit us when these obvious issues came to light. Google the owner and find that she was fired for patient abuse and know that the behavior continues.

I cannot say enough about Sandra and her team at Opal Stork. They are compassionate and professional to the care of my elderly Mom. They go above and beyond to help us. There are so many agencies out there and we have tried many and Opal Stork is the one to call. The people they staff are so sweet and empathic and I fully trust them in my Mom's care.

Opal Stork is the only homecare agency we will ever use. The owner, staff and most importantly caregivers, are all professional and compassionate. We no longer have to worry about our 93 year old mother with dementia and other physical issues, now that Angela is her live-in caregiver. Angela patiently stimulates, amuses and caters to our mother's every need.
