        Horrible customer service, you have to leave a voicemail in order to get any contact with a representative there. Calling this branch is like playing phone tag. Very unprofessional, little to no information on their services, loans, accounts, or process there. Do not bother with this credit union.

        Its very hard to get in touch with these guys over the phone. This wouldnt be a problem, but they are a bank and sometimes finances can not wait.

        Wow! This bank is obviously the worst bank ever. I thought credit unions supposed to be there to help their members to establish credit. Apparently that's not the case. If I was the people trying to open this credit union don't bother cuz it's would be a mistake on your part to spank don't offer anything except aggravation. This bank is probably probably ghetto

        Just want to thank all the people for submitting their reviews for Affinity Credit Union. I was considering using them for an auto loan but after reading the reviews I have decided NOT to seek their services. For the record Affinity was not always this way. A few of their really GREAT key people left or retired. Apparently they have not ensured the service stayed optimal. Really sorry to hear.

        Wether it be originating an auto loan or refinancing, I would strongly urge you away from Affinity Federal Credit. Since the refinancing of my loan with this union, the loan increased because of insurance qualifications. Their service is non existent and they take weeks to respond to any mobile app or website requests.
