Clay has been known to my family as the "one and only" go to professional for all real estate needs for over 30 years. He has helped numerous family members and friends throughout the years and helped my husband and I buy our first home. He never gave up and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Not only was the house on the market for a day, we were able to close on the house in record time. The seller was upset that we bought it so quickly.. That's how efficient Clay is at his job... Clayton has helped us find and purchase both of our homes and he has also sold a couple for us as well! He has always been very helpful and has gone above and beyond for us multiple times! I'm not easy to work with and he has always helped us however he can, I would highly recommend him!

Clayton did an excellent on my condo that I was selling , even though the location was great the property had a bad tenant . He kept showing the place regardless of all the no thank yous!!! He kept me informed all the time , he returned texts and calls almost instantly !!! I highly recommend him and if I buy another property in Ct will certainly use him . I ve known Clay for 43 yrs , outstanding integrity , great guy . You wont be disappointed
