        Thing were fine a few months. Now I have a heavy stomping neighbor above me and I hear every step they take! The ceiling is thin and with a heavy walker your unit walls will shake, so be aware of that. Starting at 6AM and waking me up into the night at 2AM! My sleep and peace in my home have been taken from me. I have received no real help in the matter! Nothing has changed in weeks. Just stuck in this situation.

        My son is moving to the docks soon. He chose this place over many because of its modern and sophisticated design. Stein less steel appliances and washer and dryer in the unit was the key factor for his choice. Also, internet comes with it!

        The Docks are a wonderful place to live. The building, both interior and exterior, is well maintained, the staff is attentive and helpful, and the location is great. If youre looking for a place to live, I would highly recommend.
