        I contacted ServiceMaster after the tropical storm in September 2021 left our basement with 2 1/2 feet of water. Jay came out to assess the damage and we arranged a date for the basement to be sprayed with a disinfectant and mold kill spray. On that day, I was very impressed with Jose. We surveyed my basement, asking me questions then explaining what he would be doing. He was very professional and did a thorough job. Making sure he got the entire area. He was cordial and sincerely concerned he did the job well and to my satisfaction. I would give him at least 5 stars!

        When City sewage backed up into my basement Anthony and Jose cam to my rescue. They did a thorough job cleaning it up, got rid of all the items that had been touched by sewage and patiently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I would contact them again is a heratbeat.
