Prior to working with Keith, we had applied to several local and large lenders. Our realtor strongly recommended Homestead, so we stopped pursuing anyone else and contacted Keith. It was so much easier talking to him than all of the other lenders. He knew everything there was to know about first time homeowner programs in CT, carefully answered all of our questions, and knew how to help us afford a house. We were clueless about the process and didnt understand anything about the different loan types and other details, but Keith and his team were always able to walk us through things in a way that was easy to comprehend. After we submitted all of the paperwork needed for our mortgage, Keith and his team got the underwriting done quickly before our closing date. Keith helped set us up with a great insurance agent (Paul Martinez at Assured Partners) and a wonderful lawyer for closing (Victoria Mueller at Mueller Greene, LLC) too.
