Thank you to Mike and the rest of the team for going above and beyond for my husband and I! Not only did Mike call my husband with updates throughout the day, they were also able to get some poorly put on tires off of my car. We cant thank you and the team enough for breaking your backs to solve the issues with my vehicle. Ive always been treated well at this shop, but last Saturday really solidified their 5 star customer service! Thank you!!

Brian (Sales) & Mike (Service Mgr.) were great. They got me in quickly, were so nice and accommodating, fixed my issue on the spot. Vehicle problems are always stressful for me I worry about the time & the cost. Goodyear in New London, CT was a pleasant experience. Fast service, reasonable rate. I was a "drive-in", no appointment customer & I even added to my initial request. Thank you! Great job.

Went to get my tire pressure checked because the light came on. The younf man adjusted my psi and explained the process to me. Everyone was polite and got me right in for a service I had no idea was free. Just got a new car and was looking for a new tire place since the place I'd always gone was not as impressive as it once was. So when the time comes for new tires and oil changes, this will be my new spot!
