        It's an insurance company so automatic one star. These scumbags ripped me off for YEARS by putting my brother on my policy somehow when we didn't even live together. Claims? They left me out to dangle in the wind twice now when I needed them. Time to move on.

        Worst and one if the must abusive ensurence company- nation wide specially in CT. Cheapest but they will still your money, cancel the policyholder in order not to pay for damages, so I was driving on the impression that I was ensured well I was not

        Horrible experience here with progressive I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of communication I have regarding MY claim. I leave voicemails, emails and text and only hear from them every other day when they feel like it. I receive little to no help here with progressive. If you're shopping around for insurance avoid progressive like the plague. If I could leave 0 stars I would a 1 star is too generous.

        Dont trust Progressive Insurance. Theyre a bunch of thieves. I have a perfect driving record for many years. I canceled the insurance and they charged me another month. They also ruined my credit score. They did the same to a friend of mine. I saved nearly 60% by leaving them
