        I have been living at Rosewood since November 2022. My move in was seamless and fast thanks to Tim and his maintenance staff cleaning and prepping my unit so quickly. Since I have moved in, any maintenance request I put in either directly to Tim or to Joanna, is fixed within 24 hours. Joanna ALWAYS responds to my emails and even came to my unit herself one day to fix something for me. The property is kept clean, there is never any dog waste around and it is well maintained. The pool had one issue and the entire staff worked so quickly and efficiently to have the pool open on time. Tim and Joanna are friendly, hard workers who truly care about their residents. I cannot say enough great things about the Rosewood property and team. If you are looking for a beautiful condo, look no further!

        condos are fine, but after a year living here, they just needlessly cut down the most beautiful dogwood berry tree I've ever seen in my courtyard. I'm livid about this.

        I have lived here for almost 2 years now and it is by far the best apartment i have ever lived in. Well kept place and very clean seriously.When it snows, the apartment complex is actually cleaner than the main road, which is Hartford Turnpike ( the snow crew do a very very good job). And yes, Tim, the maintenance guy is a ninja. You need anything fixed, before you blink it is already done. Neighbors are friendly and very very quiet place.

      Hi Freddie, We agree that is is hard to see trees go. When they are unhealthy or in the way we have to do what's right for the property. We have plans to add new landscaping within the next year.

      Thank you so much for your review! I will make sure to share this with Tim and our landscapers, who barely sleep during snowy nights but it shows and our residents never have a problem getting to work the next day. Hopefully you will be living with us at Rosewood for another 2 plus years.
