These guys took good care of all of my breakable items in the house. They fixed my blinds that were originally designed for smaller door frames. They kept their cool when I thought they had broken the chairlift. It is an old house and one of the fuses blew. I unplugged my Work Station from which I work remote during the construction to solve that. The Chairlift was fine. I would highly recommend these Workers.

Team Randolph at CRS with Chris Galli as the project manager of our reconstruction of our family room due water damages from the leak in our roof was excellent. Chris was attentive, professional, flexible and caring throughout our entire process. His team was super friendly and did an amazing job with the putting our family room back to its original state with putting up the ceiling, walls, painting and refinishing our floors. Chris ensured we understand every step of the process, and helped us on the homeowner's insurance in terms of updates and appropriate communications. Chris also showed concern for our kids and family pet by making appropriate recommendations for us. It was a pleasure working with Chris and his team during our reconstruction work that easily dragged on for months due to the back and forth alignment with the insurance company. I would definitely recommend CRS for any reconstruction house needs.

When my wife and I had a home disasterburst, frozen water pipe in the winter of 2022the living room and family room of our just renovated home was a chaotic mess! At the suggestion of our insurance company, we contacted ServPro immediately. They had a team on site within hours and began the clean up with a full crew, able to limit and contain the damage. And within a matter of days and with the cooperation of our insurance company, we contracted Connecticut Reconstruction Services to re-renovate our home of 47 years. It wasnt fun having to vacate our home in the middle of a record-breaking, cold winter but Joe Gibertoni, the owner of the company, and Chris Galli, the reconstruction team leader, made our situation as painless as possible, They kept us informed constantly so that we were always in the loop as the work progressed. CRS was amazing from the moment they got on site (the morning after we experienced awful water damage over Memorial Day weekend!). The team, led by Joe, worked in conjunction with ServPro to develop a strategy that made what could have been a terribly stressful situation tolerable. CRS understands that lives are affected when the unexpected happens and they worked with me to ensure that the restoration aspect was done in a way that wasn't too distruptive to my family. The restoration process was a long one, however, my house came out even better than before.
