Having tried every possible way of retrieving my wife's photos from an external usb drive I realized that there was probably a mechanical fault. It took about a week for RD to cover the same ground as me, but then they were then able to do something beyond my scope - they rebuilt the drive and recovered most of the missing pictures. I was happy to pay for the results of their expertise and would use them again. They were polite, conciliatory and painstaking throughout the process.

I recently lost all of my video clips from a vacation, was unable to retrieve the contents, and had to send the hard drive off with significant hard drive damage. I had no trouble recovering all of my video files. Huge gratitude to the guys that assisted with this recovery!

I got in touch with them for assistance with a broken Mac hard disk. These data recovery experts were able to extract all the information from the hard disk despite Apple's inability to assist. Service was top-notch. If I ever find myself in that horrible situation again, I'd absolutely utilize this again.

Great Service.Much more reasonably priced than the other companies i enquired with. They performed a free no-commitment diagnosis of my hard-drive, and i was kept constantly up to date over the phone by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. I hope I am never in the situation to have to use them again, but would look nowhere else.
