We had a flood in our home when an upstairs toilet overflowed for 5 hours. Although the cleaning company was great, they put all of our wet laundry in black plastic bags and left it all in our bathtubs during the dry-out process (3-4 days with blower heaters in the house keeping it at 100+ degrees)...We thought for sure our laundry was ruined with mold and/or odor. We called Sal's, and they were there quickly to pick it all up (There was alot!). AJ ( driver) was awesome! He was on time, very helpful and knowledgable. Same goes for the drop off.... I had a horrible fire in my last apartment building and lost almost everything I owned! Some of my clothing was in a dresser but it was still considerably damaged from soot and smoke. Everything was black and smelled burnt. It seemed ruined for me. I had lots of high end designer clothing because that is my thing. Having lost everything, maybe I could save some clothes? I called many places. They either couldn't help or said they would "give it a try". Cleaning fire damaged clothing is a serious and tedious process and most laundry mats or dry cleaning places won't touch it or know how to treat and clean it. It seemed hopeless until I called Sal's Restoration. I first spoke with the manager who immediately made me feel better and hopeful. He answered all my questions with knowledge and professionalism. When I brought my clothing in the staff was very friendly and helpful. They carried my stuff from my car and were very polite. They made the process smooth, easy, comfortable, and pleasant. These guys are professionals. In a time of crisis they really came through for me. They inventory each and every item, clean it with special procedure and always keep in touch with you. I didn't have insurance and they still worked with me and even gave me a cash discount! The best in the business is right here. Amazing and knowledgeable staff. Great investment and I couldn't be happier. I will always recommend this company to others.
