Horrible pediatrics.They literally billed my child for his 2yr old visit 6months ahead of time. Then I went to see a specialist referred by them and when i finally need the results they tell me I have to reach out to the specialists myself. And after going back and forth on 3 separate occasions I finally find out on the last call they had sent the results over to the doctors more than a week ago. Now as I am finally getting my oldest son to see a primary doctor , I signed a release back in February to get his records from his old doctor. They called me this week, June, and said they havent received the records. Now keep in mind my son has seen the doctor twice and I kept referring to his records and no one said anything. Im appalled. I have been on the phone for 40mins trying to speak with Yesenia Palmer, or whoever the operations manager is, to no avail. But I have no confidence in her or her management skills. We have spoken before and she was very matter of fact and never apologized for her employees incompetence. No wonder accountability is lacking there. If you have kids please try Advanced pediatrics!!!!
