Dentists (Emilio and Swanson) excellent.
Office staff have become quite difficult to deal with since practice has been sold.
Much more insurance and billing problems.

I have never left a negative Google review, but my wife's experience at Dr. Emilio's was bad enough to merit one. I hope this will, if nothing else, warn others to find alternative care options.
Dr. Emilio is dismissive, does not listen, and in my wife's personal case, did not offer to fix an ongoing issue that a fellow dentist at his practice caused. Before she visited Dr. Emilio's practice for help fixing a chipped tooth, she did not have any pain at all in that tooth now, hundreds of dollars, many hours of time spent, and multiple procedures later, she had to have the tooth fixed by a different dentist.
She came to Dr. Emilio's office for help with what turned out to be an easily solvable issue that he was unwilling to diagnose and help fix. I do not recommend anyone visit this practice for your own good.

Dr Emilio sold out to a corporation. Ana the hygenist left and is now working at Dr Harbottles office in New Canaan! If you want Ana to continue cleaning your teeth, simply call Dr Emilios office to have your records transferred. Easy peasy!
Ana was rated number one for the best hygenist in Fairfield County! Shes a must follow!
