        Did not show up for our appointment and when I called to reschedule they did not respond. I would not hire anyone who can not respond.

        Wish I could give these guys ten stars. I knew they weren't like other companies when they were actually responsive and easy to schedule with. This was cemented when the technician, Naas, actually showed up earlier than the window they gave me! When does that ever happen? Naas quickly diagnosed my problem and saved me a bunch of money by explaining how I could fix it myself. A company that cares more about legitimately helping their customers than squeezing you for money is a welcome change of pace. These guys are a rare breed. Big recommend! Thanks, Naas once again!
